ANSO India is a young and dynamic company currently having two primary business areas:

Developing and selling boutique farm houses by invitation
The company is primarily working in areas adjacent to Sariska Wild life Sanctuary on Alwar-Jaipur Mega Highway and has developed and sold a boutique farm house by the name of “Lily”. Currently, the company is developing its second project under the name of “Rose” for one of its esteemed client and shall be bringing forth two more projects by the name of “Jasmine” and “Tulip” soon. The said projects are developed by the company on the demanded expectations of the clients including the fully furnished villas alongwith all the modern and futuristic facilities, splash/full sized swimming pool, horticulture/agriculture/fruit bearing tree plantations, etc.

Marketing and selling new housing and residential building projects
Currently the company is promoting, marketing and selling Globe Towers, Sector -113, Landran Chowk, Greater Mohali, Punjab comprising of 60 flats of 2 Bed Room configuration alongwith other facilities and amenities. The said 60 flats had been proposed to be built in 4 low rise towers of stilt + 5 floors each. The unique advantage of the said towers is its lie on the 80 ft. road from the Highway and immediate proximity to the Proposed Metro Station to be declared by PUDA soon.

The said flats situate on the sector lying on the cross roads of the 2 major highways touching Tricity and fully developed surroundings including upcoming Golf Course across the road from the township.

The said project is soon to be launched by the Builders and shall be completed in all respects by the builders within a period of 30 months form the date of launch.

The 3 Bed Room configuration flats totaling to 60 shall be launched within a period of 45 days of the launch of the project and the facility of upgrading form 2 Bed Room configuration to 3 Bed Room configuration at the differential pricing shall be offered to the esteemed clients of the company without any extra costs.
